Elisa is about 14 in. (35 cm) tall, and like all Krahmer dolls she has a hand-carved head, with genuine red hair with center parting. Soft curls frame her face. The body is made of natural materials.
Elisa‘s checked dress has pretty flounces at the neck as well as at the hem of the skirt. She is wearing a brown vest over the dress, and under the dress she is wearing white underwear, an underskirt with white lace and white socks. The black lace-up shoes are made of leather.
